This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 01 days of placing the order except the customized Handmade product/ gift items/name keychain/ rings/ pendant and all product bearing the customized Or handmade items . However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have gone in processing state Or initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery for all type of items.
As we are more toward the gifts/ customized items and products.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 3 hours of receipt of products. Socne the product are hand made. All handmade product have this uniqueness of every two items will not be exact same they have difference in there design . in case of wrong/incomplete/ insufficient address or location not tracable Or address unable to track.by couriee partner. The refund of product is liable to receive of handmade product recieved at Destgn studio and refund will be liable to Team blingon.
In case of any refunds approved by Team Bling ON, it will take 10 days for the refund to be processed to you.
Return Policy
MARKETPLACE-ONLY RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
(Supersedes All Other Policies)
Effective Immediately | Binding & Non-Negotiable
This Marketplace-Only Policy applies exclusively to orders placed via third-party platforms including, but not limited to, online marketplaces, handmade platforms, social commerce tools, resellers, affiliates, and listing aggregators (“Marketplace Channels”).
By placing an order through any Marketplace Channel, the purchaser (“Buyer”) irrevocably waives any expectation of return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or dispute relief, except as expressly and narrowly defined herein.
1. ABSOLUTE FINAL SALE – NO RETURN / NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE
All products sold through Marketplace Channels are sold on a “STRICTLY FINAL SALE – AS IS – WHERE IS – NO RECOURSE” basis.
Under no circumstances shall returns, refunds, replacements, partial credits, price adjustments, or goodwill compensations be issued after delivery.
This applies without limitation to all categories including:
- Handmade products
- Customized / personalized items
- Made-to-order goods
- Resin, jesmonite, polymer clay products
- Silicone mould items
- 3D-printed products
- Artistic, decorative, experimental, prototype, or limited-run items
Buyer dissatisfaction, subjective quality assessment, aesthetic perception, or expectation mismatch shall never constitute a valid claim.
2. MARKETPLACE DISCLAIMERS & PLATFORM LIMITATION
The Seller operates independently of Marketplace Channels.
- Marketplace policies do not override Seller policies
- Platform “buyer protection” programs are expressly rejected
- Any refund issued by a marketplace without Seller consent shall be treated as unauthorized and disputed
The Seller bears no liability for representations, assumptions, or platform-level summaries not authored directly by the Seller.
3. EXTREMELY RESTRICTED DAMAGE CLAIM WINDOW
Transit damage claims, if any, must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- Reported within 03 hours of delivery confirmation
- Supported by a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video
- Submitted strictly via the Seller’s official email only
Claims raised beyond this window are deemed forfeited, time-barred, and legally untenable.
4. UNBOXING VIDEO – ABSOLUTE CONDITION PRECEDENT
No claim shall be reviewed, entertained, or acknowledged unless accompanied by an unedited unboxing video capturing:
- Intact outer packaging
- Courier label visibility
- Complete opening process
- Immediate exposure of alleged damage
Screenshots, photographs, edited clips, or partial recordings are inadmissible evidence.
5. HANDMADE & ARTISAN DISCLAIMER – NON-JUSTICIABLE VARIATIONS
All handmade, artisan, and custom products inherently involve:
- Color and shade deviations
- Texture and finish variations
- Material flow, air pockets, tool impressions
- Dimensional tolerances
These attributes are integral characteristics, not defects, and are explicitly excluded from any form of claim, dispute, or remedy.
6. NO REPLACEMENTS THROUGH MARKETPLACES
Replacements, if any, are not offered for marketplace orders.
Marketplace Buyers waive all replacement rights, regardless of condition, delay, or damage.
7. RETURN ATTEMPTS – STRICT PROCEDURE (IF AUTHORIZED)
If, and only if, return authorization is granted in writing:
- Product must be shipped exclusively via India Post Speed Post
- Tracking ID must be emailed to Seller’s official email
- Buyer bears all shipping, insurance, packaging, and risk
Unauthorized returns are rejected and discarded without liability.
8. FINALITY OF SELLER DETERMINATION
Seller’s assessment is final, conclusive, and non-appealable.
No arbitration, mediation, platform appeal, or third-party intervention shall alter Seller’s determination.
9. FRAUD, ABUSE & ACCOUNT ACTION
Seller reserves the absolute right to:
- Reject claims
- Report Buyer accounts
- Block future transactions
- Contest platform-initiated refunds
in cases of abuse, misrepresentation, or manipulation.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction shall lie solely with courts at the Seller’s registered location.
PAYMENT-GATEWAY DISPUTE DEFENCE ADDENDUM
(Chargeback, Reversal & Claim Protection)
This Addendum forms an inseparable part of the Seller’s contractual framework and applies to all payments processed via cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, or COD-converted payments.
1. ADVANCE CONSENT TO NO-DISPUTE
By completing payment, the Buyer expressly agrees:
- Not to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes
- Not to misuse payment-gateway grievance mechanisms
- That such actions constitute contractual breach
2. EVIDENCE AUTHORIZATION
Buyer authorizes the Seller to submit the following as conclusive evidence to banks, gateways, and regulators:
- This Policy and Addendum
- Product descriptions and disclaimers
- Order confirmation records
- Delivery confirmation and courier proof
- Unboxing video requirements
Such evidence shall be deemed sufficient to deny chargebacks.
3. NON-DELIVERY VS DISSATISFACTION DISTINCTION
Buyer acknowledges that:
- “Item not as expected”
- “Quality not satisfactory”
- “Handmade variation”
- “Changed mind”
do not constitute valid grounds for payment reversal under RBI norms.
4. UNAUTHORIZED DISPUTES
Any payment dispute initiated contrary to this Addendum shall be treated as:
- Abuse of financial systems
- Breach of contract
- Grounds for permanent account restriction
Seller reserves the right to pursue recovery and damages.
5. COD & SHIPPING COST NON-REFUNDABILITY
COD charges, shipping fees, handling costs, and logistics expenses are non-refundable, irrespective of dispute outcome.
6. REGULATORY ALIGNMENT
This Addendum complies with:
- RBI chargeback guidelines
- Payment Aggregator norms
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (permitted exclusions for custom goods)
FINAL DECLARATION
By proceeding with payment, the Buyer confirms informed consent, contractual acceptance, and waiver of dispute rights inconsistent with these terms.
